The pool is out of order. We apologize for the inconvenience.
You can change the color of your note by changing "background:#F7F199" in the code to "background:#HEXCODE" with a hex code color of your choice.

Then I guess there are a few questions you need to ask yourself:
1. Do you remember dying, or just something that could lead up to dying? Something potentially survivable?
2. How confident are you that the memories being given to you by the same entity that's trapping you here are reliable?
3. Even if you're sure, would it really change anything? I assume you don't want to spend eternity here.

1. i remember something that i doubt i'd survive. but maybe i could, i don't know.
2. i've never thought about it. i assumed they were true. maybe that's dumb. there's so few of them that i don't know how i would know what's real and what's not
3. i was banking on going home. i don't know if i'd rather die or live here if those are my only choices.

I remember something similar, but not the actual moment of death. It's disturbing, but it isn't firm proof of anything.
We can't know for sure; all we can control is our behavior. There are only four outcomes:
1. We're alive, and we stay here. Best case, we suffer through this cycle forever. Worst case, whatever happened to the ghosts and town workers happens to us.
2. We're dead, and we stay here. Same outcome.
3. We're alive, and we escape. Life goes back to normal. Best possible outcome.
4. We're dead, and we escape. Either escaping revives us, we stop existing, or we go to some sort of afterlife.
If we're alive, leaving is a much better option; if we're dead, leaving is either a better option or an equivalent option (if hell exists). The smart gamble is to leave and hope we're alive.

that makes sense but
there are things here worth living for
[ At least, there are for him. It's not that he wants to trap Flynn and his friends here with him, just because he's alive here and not at home. No, he wants them to survive and get to live their lives outside of this hell. But selfishly, he wants to live with them. He wants to have as much time with Flynn as possible.
But he can't choose himself over Flynn living his life ]
no you're right. we need to escape.
somehow.

I know. I'm not thrilled by the options, either. But I'm not giving up on the chance of living, and neither should you.
Not to echo everyone else, but if you need to talk...
