So this town doesn't have a mayor but we need someone with authority to officiate things. It should be someone who's been here a long time. It can't be Flynn because he's basically the law so it's gotta be Yuri, right?

1. What will be the scope of the mayor's authority, if we elect one? Who will write those ordinances?










2. What procedural checks will there be on the mayor's exercise of power?










3. How will he enforce his lawful authority, especially considering the supernaturally gifted among us?











4. Will the election be by secret ballot? If so, how will you prevent voter fraud while preserving anonymity?









5. If the election isn't by secret ballot, won't it potentially result in greater divisions and animosity among the populace?










6. Considering the nature of this community, wouldn't a coroner be a bigger priority?
